Problem:
An issue is created in Jira with the Resolution date already set due to the presence of the resolution field on Jira. 
The new issue syncs over to Jira Align and, once the story is synced to jira align,  the state changes to Accepted automatically due to the resolution (accepted) date being set. 
The audit log, however, does not reflect the change from Pending Approval to Accepted.  See screen shots:

Steps to Reproduce:
Create an story on Jira with the resolution date set already. 
Sync the new story to Jira Align. 
The story syncs over with a state of "accepted"

Expected Results:
The audit log records the transition of the story from "Pending Approval" to "Accepted" 

Actual Results:
The story correctly has the state set to "Accepted" but there is no audit log entry on Jira Align showing that state changed from "Pending Approval" to "Accepted".
