Issue Summary

New Nav - In Program Rooms when using Extra config Team filter if you change the Program the filter will still be applied.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a specific Program in Program Room in New Nav in JA
2. Select all Program Increments and all the Teams for that Program will show in the Program Room
3. Open Extra Configs in Program Room and select only one team.
4. The filter will be applied
5. Change the Program in the Program Room.
6. Select all Program Increments, and NO Teams will show up
7. The extra config filter does not show the Team being filtered but the filter used previously is still applied.

Expected Results

The Team filter in Extra config to be cleared when you change the Program in the Program Room

Actual Results

The previous Team filter used is still being applied to the new Program in Program Room

Workaround

Navigate to other area in Jira Align and then go back to Program Room, filtering by the new Program
