Issue Summary

When there are a large number of Programs associated with a Program Increment/Release, the audit log will truncate the information in case changes are made to this data.
See on the screenshot below, how the name of one of the Programs is cut in the audit log when the limit is reached:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Program Increment/Release with many Programs (more than 50)
2. Add a new Program to it
3. Now open the Audit logs and notice how the message related to the change was truncated

Expected Results

The audit logs would have all the data.

Actual Results

The audit logs are truncated due to the amount of Programs.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
