When a Successor/Predecessor Link is created on Item A to Item B, the user action is only recorded on Item A audit log.
However, on Item B Link tab, the relationship to Item A can be seen, but there is no Audit Log entry of how it came to be.

In this scenario, for different users to better understand the occurrence of links on their work items, it would be nice to have a log entry as well on Item B stating the relationship creation/removal with Item A, the user that carried out the action and possibly wording to indicate the action was carried out on Item A.
