Regarding to Automatically Deactivate feature in the UI, it seems as stated by the Product Manager that this functionally is tied to Jira Align time tracking functionally and is not intended for use in the core application.

Can you please consider implementing a new feature for this purpose to track and disable the users who are not logging in to the Jira Align instance for a defined period of time?
