Suggestion

It would be great for Jira Align to have "deep linking" on the backlog. This would allow users to copy a link, share it with a colleague, and see the exact view without having to manually apply page configurations, filters, etc. It would also allow users to save the exact view and quickly access it again via starred pages.

The link should include the view (list view, kanaban views), the work item level (epic, capability, etc.), column configurations in the list view, applied page-level filters, applied sort, applied search, and any other page level configurations (e.g. tag configurations in the list view, card sizes in kanban views, etc.). 

Situation

Currently, on Jira Align -> Backlog page, it is not possible to save the filters made by the user there.

Just leave the Backlog page, and the filters will disappear, making it necessary to redo the filters on the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On the T1 Bar, select a Program and a PI
2. Go to the Backlog Page
3. Select a type of viewing (Epic, Capability, Feature)
4. Go to "Apply Filter" and select one or more filters
5. Leave the Backlog page to any other page of Jira Align
6. Go back to the Backlog page
