Issue Summary

This is reproducible yes

The Pie chart Feature by Category is not matching/counting correctly the values of Unassigned category with the Features Grid after clicking in it when filtering by Teams.
It happens in both view Old Tier One filtering by teams or new navigation menu using teams as view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a few features created for a program with child stories linked to teams
2. Go to Investment by Feature filtered by teams 
3. hover your mouse over the Unassigned Category, save the number
4. Now, click in the Unassigned Category to lead you to the Features Grid view
5. Note that the number doesn't match with the value in the Pie chart
6. Using Program as a main filter (Tier One or new Nav) works OK, just Teams seems to be broken 

Expected Results

The Pie chart unassigned Category count should match with the Number of Features in the Feature grid once click the Unassigned Category (green area in the pie chart) when filtered by Team

Actual Results

The numbers from the chart and the grid doesn't match

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
