Issue Summary

Opening a work item to view the start/end dates (but making no changes) on the roadmap page and then swapping view options (ex:  month by quarter) will sometimes cause the timeline bars to not properly update. 

For example, a work item with a start date that normally showed as September will have it's timeline bar shifted to the left on a completely different month.  This is just a display issue - refreshing the page will fix the timeline bars.

This issue is not reproducible 100% of the time, but can happen on the roadmap with both Epics and Features.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the roadmap view and select Epics
2. Select an Epic from the timeline and scroll down to full details to see the dates
3. Close the Epic without making any changes
4. Swap the roadmap timeline view option (Month by Quarter, or Sprint by PI)
5. Look at the timeline bar for the work item that was opened

Expected Results

The bar position would be unchanged, with the bar lining up with the dates of the work item

Actual Results

The timeline bar has shifted to the left and does not match the actual work item dates

Workaround

Refreshing the page fixes the issue, but this could be very misleading and cause some confusion during planning sessions.
