Improved management of internal Ideation users

      One documented use case for ideation is to drive customer engagement by using idea groups to collect enhancement requests from end-users. While external users are well-supported through self-registration, that does not seem to be the case for internal users, which are far greater in number in our installation than external users.

      In order to give an internal user access to an idea group, the user's profile must be manually updated. This isn't scalable If we want all internal users (6000+) to be able to access the group and provide such feedback. It is even less so as new idea groups are created. The process for adding users to the group is very cumbersome. One has to scroll through the entire list of users to cache the visible list, then "Select All". In addition, as new users are added, the process must be repeated periodically.
