Allow more control on automatic update to parent Epic when child moves to in-progress

      Currently in JIRA Align, Parent Epic moves to in-progress, whenever a child moves to in-progress Many teams, do not want this feature. Is it possible to allow users to turn this default behavior on or off depending on Program or Team?
