Currently on Epics, Capabilities, Features, & Stories, users can be provided the option by Super Admins to click a "Delete" button to delete the work item.

However, in terms of cancelling a work item, the user also can be provided the option by Super Admins to cancel the work item, and the name of that button is "Cancel item".

It would be preferred for the deletion/cancellation language to be more parallel. In other words, the cancellation button should read simply as "Cancel" on Epics, Capabilities, Features, and Stories.
