Expose Ideation Groups in API

      When creating new ideas via API groupId is a required parameter, but it's impossible to get it directly anywhere except for Enterprise Insights.

      Workaround methods are to inspect HTML in ideation portal or extract it indirectly from /Ideas API. These are convoluted.

      Please add a way to get Ideation Groups and their IDs via API.
