While the intent of having feature to be done within a PI is standard for SAFe, our company doesn't follow SAFe and often look for flexibility in the tool that can reduce overhead management from our TPMs. Would like to have the abiility to allow features spanning multiple PIs (would need different way to measure velocity in this case)
