When creating Features, the "Primary Program" and "Jira Project" fields are highly correlated (i.e., the fields will virtually always correspond to the same source of data), but are independently set. The latter field can accidentally be set to a different project, which syncs the new issue into an unintended Jira project, and it can be corrected only in Jira. Since the Jira connector information correlates this data, entering the "Primary Program" should auto-fill the "Jira Project".

Similarly, when creating Stories, setting the "Team" should auto-fill the "Jira Project" field. The inverse already occurs automatically (i.e., setting the "Jira Project" auto-fills the "Team" upon saving).
