Currently the only end points for valuestream (workflow) is a Post and a Get. There is nothing available for us to dynamically assign and remove programs from the workflow. With > 150 programs, and the ability to dynamically create and destroy programs based on a source system; this remains a manual task.

How can we make this happen?
