Enable Portfolio and Solutions Expand across one program board
Allow solution or portfolio level program board or multiple programs to be combined to one board. Extra Config including Theme filters would still be viable on the single board.
Use Case, Enterprise Cloud Computing currently utilizes shares services model which has all teams under one program. Want to move to multiple program for our domains. We are unable to use the product field due to its lack of flexibility. Switching from one Program to multiple Program would spit our program board into multiple board boards. We would like the option to combine these into one program board at the solution or portfolio layer. Then filter by the Theme.
