Hello,

Currently, there are two types of impediments: a story impediment that blocks a certain Story and a team impediment that blocks a certain Team.
The enhancement request is to ability to create Impediments that can be associated with Program Teams and Features. In this way, the teams accurately submit such blockers and assess the impact of such issues on the Agile Release Trains and Shared Services.

Additionally, the request is to have the ability to add/link multiple Stories and Teams to a single Impediment.
