      Issue Summary

      Scenario 1

When using multiple tabs in Portfolio screen, data is leaking among tabs causing duplication and odd behaviors in T1 filters.

      Comment from DoS:

This is related to using session values on the addprogram.asp page. We should probably remove sessions from this page and only look at form values.

This is reproducible on Data Center: YES

      Scenario 2

If user saves a configuration when working on Details Panels Settings in multiple browser tabs, all the toggles of the selected work item will be set to inactive and saved.

This is reproducible on Data Center:

      Steps to Reproduce

      Scenario 1
      1. Open one tab of your browser in the Portfolio Setup screen using a T1 filter of 2 existing Portfolios
      2. Open a new tab of your browser in the Portfolio Setup screen using a T1 filter of only one existing Portfolios.
      3. In the tab using 1 Portfolio as T1 filter click on the Portfolio Details Panel, no need to change anything, just click on save and it will make other Portfolios appear in the Grid. It seems that the T1 filter from the other tab opened leaks to this tab somehow.
      4. If you try to create a new Portfolio using same name of an existing Portfolio a red toaster will appear stating that name is duplicated. (It might not have happened at least once to the customer allowing duplication)
      5. If you create a new Portfolio not using same name, it will create the Portfolio, but since the T1 filter does not have the Portfolio, it will not show on the grid.
      Scenario 2
      1. Go to Settings > Details Panels Settings
      2. Select a Portfolio
      3. Select Work item: Feature
      4. Click the Spend Tab
      5. Duplicate the current browser tab
      6. In the newly duplicated browser tab, select the same portfolio as Step 2 and Select Work Item: Portfolio Epic
      7. Back to the original tab, click the Save button
      8. Observe that all the Portfolio Epic's toggles are saved and turned off

      Expected Results

      Scenario 1

Each tab to remain using the same T1 filters applied.
Not allowing to create duplicated Portfolios with the same name.

      Scenario 2

The changes made to Feature's toggles are saved and no change made to the Portfolio Epic's toggles.

      Actual Results

      Scenario 1

There are leak information among the multiple tabs while using the Portfolio screen.

      Scenario 2

All the Portfolio Epic's toggles are saved and turned off.

      Workaround

      Scenario 1

      No workaround in place.

      Scenario 2

Do not to use multiple tabs in the "Details Panel Settings".
