Issue Summary
When viewing a backlog for a program and PI, where 200+ items are unassigned,
The Unassigned backlog panel will show the 1st 100 items.
A user is able to scroll further to display an additional 100 items, totaling 200 displayed items.
This list will stop there and will not show all the unassigned items present for the selected context.
Steps to Reproduce
- Select a Program with for example around 300 unassigned Features
- Select the feature grid and filter with PI=Unassigned to confirm all 300+ can be displayed
- Select any PI, and go to Feature Backlog
- Click on the Button "Unassigned backlog" on the top right side
- Notice only 100 items are returned on the fly-out form
- Scroll to the bottom, and another 100 will display
- Scroll again to the bottom, no other loading is triggered and the list is truncated to 200 items max
Expected Results
All unassigned items should be displayed in the unassigned backlog
Actual Results
only 200 items can be loaded in the unassigned backlog view
Workaround
Currently, the workaround is to enable the feature "Show backlog unassigned buckets on the main view (65)". With this option enabled it is possible to see all unassigned items in the grid, however clicking on the top right button "Unassigned Back" still reproduces the issue
