      Issue Summary

If you rename an existing team in the UI to a name of another team that already exists, it will allow you to do so.

When you enter the duplicate name and hit save, you get 2 popups.  The first one is green and says it was saved correctly.  The 2nd popup is red and says "duplicate name".  The team details panel doesn't change to the new name, but if you refresh you can see that the team was actually renamed to the duplicate name.

It is not possible to create duplicate team names using the API or on initial team creation - it only happens on renaming existing teams in the UI.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the Teams page and make sure there are at least 2 teams.
      2. Click on a team to bring up the details panel
      3. Rename the team to match the name of another team that was in the list.
      4. Click save

      Expected Results

The changes would not save and an error message would appear

      Actual Results

The changes get saved, along with a conflicting success and error message

      Workaround

No real workaround, other than changing the name to something else if you notice the double error message after saving a team name.
