Issue Summary

The calls made to fetch Epics on the Roadmaps page encounter slow performance and therefore affect the overall performance of the Roadmaps.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to Roadmaps
• Select Epics as a work item to view by
  ( Slow performance is not always observed it may depend on various conditions.)

Expected Results

No slowness/failures to load pages

Actual Results

In certain conditions, pages take a long time to load while making multiple Capabilities calls.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
