Issue Summary

If you go to the assessment results page and click on "View Details", a blank popup appears, even if the results page has visible data.  This happens on both the new and old UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Assessments page and create an assessment
2. Complete the assessment on at least one user
3. Go to "Assessment Results" and make sure you can see the assessment data
4. Click "View Details" in the top right

Expected Results

The modal display would include details about the assessment data

Actual Results

The modal appears, but is just a blank white slate with no data in it.
