Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

The team filter functionality on the story grid is currently not functioning as intended. The ‘=' and '!=’ filter does not appear to be working correctly, resulting in unrelated items being listed. This issue only affects the new navigation resulting in differences when compared to the old view/navigation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Under 'Items' select 'Stories' and select a Program and a PI
2. Hit 'Column Shown' and enable the 'Teams' toggle, after this the 'Teams' column will be loaded
3. Click on 'Apply filter' and select 'Team' within the dropdown > select the team you want to filter by
4. Notice that the results don’t honor the selected team

Expected Results

Match the same result as the Old nav.

The results listed should be related to the selected team, in the example below the team has no item to be shown and therefore the following screen is shown

Actual Results

In the new nav: Using the same team as previously, non-related items are listed

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
