Issue Summary

When deleting Work Items in between ETL cycle for Enterprise Insights records will not be carried out to the specific Work Items views not even in export_dw schema where the deleted files should appear flagged with deletion field, but will be inserted in History and Log views.

Customer is complaining that this leads to misinformation on their reports.

Tables that were tested:
export_dw.[feature log] and export_dw.[feature history] where records of deleted items will appear.

export_dw.[feature] where records will NOT appear.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Feature in Jira Align UI
2. Delete the Feature right after the Creation
3. Delete the Feature from Recycle bin
4. After waiting for the ETL cycle of EI the views export_dw.[feature log] and export_dw.[feature history] will get populated but export_dw.[feature] will not

Expected Results

Records should be inserted in the export_dw schema as this schema is intended to keep deleted records with the flags of deletion

Actual Results

As the records are deleted prior to the ETL cycles from tables in JA they are not pushed to EI.
