Issue Summary

In the Sprint details panel, if Capacity Planning is disabled in a role, the option remains visible in the panel. The option points correctly to a permission error page, but the option should be hidden, as it is for other permission, such as Save, Lock, Unlock etc 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a user A's permission and disable the capacity permission

   5 TEAM > Manage > Capacity Planning

1. As User A, login to Jira Align and select a sprint to show the sprint's details panel
2. Notice the capacity option on the right inside displays, but redirects to a permission issue when clicked on

Expected Results

The option should be hidden when the permission for Capacity planning is disabled

Actual Results

The option remains visible

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
