Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. On the old UI, have tier 1 filters with multiple programs and load any page such as the program team. URL looks something like when the program 
   IDs are 4 & 11- https://XXXXXX.jiraalign.com/dailydata2?Programs=4%2C11
2. Switching to the new UI saves the above as a recent room (or) user might have stored it as a bookmark
3. clicking on this link on the NewUI throws the error permission denied

Expected Results

New UI should not throw the error

Actual Results

New UI throws permission denied error.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
