Issue Summary

The page side-scrolling is not working as expected on the new navigation on Jira Management page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to the new navigation
2. Go to Jira Management
3. Zoom screen %150-200

Expected Results

Proper vertical and horizontal scrolling on the Jira Management and other pages like the old navigation.

Actual Results

On the Jira management screen, there is no scroll bar at the down of the screen to move the screen from side to side.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
