Issue Summary

While testing in old nav, I do not see the "Release vehicle" filter making any impact on the way Features are displayed on Forecast. Whether the "Release Vehicle" filter is applied or not, the Forecast page displays Features based on the Portfolio/Program and the Program Increment selected in the Tier1 search.

"Release vehicle" filter has never been activated/implemented on the Forecast page.

Steps to Reproduce

In old navigation:

1. Select Program from the left Nav menu.
2. Under the Manage section, select Forecast.
3. Select Program name and PI in Tier1 search
4. Filter Forecast to display Features
5. All features tied to PI will be displayed
6. In tier1 search, select "Release vehicles"

In new navigation:

1. Select Programs or Solutions in the top navigation bar and select the entity containing the program increment you want to run a forecast for.
2. On the sidebar, select Reports in the list of options.
3. Select Forecast.

Expected Results

If the "Release vehicle" filter has never been activated/implemented on the Forecast page, this filtering option should be removed from the old navigation.

Actual Results

"Release vehicle" filter option doesn't make any change to the way Features are displayed in Forecast page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
