Currently, Themes/Features/Stories have separate role/permission toggles for Add and Save/Update, while Epics/Capabilities only have for Add toggle.

There are requests from Jira Align admins to have a separate toggle hence if a user doesn't have the right to Add any Epics/Capabilities, the user is unable to Edit them as well. To keep consistency across work items and to be easier to manage these items, would be ideal that Epics/Capabilities follow the same structure that Themes/Features/Stories have, separating the Add from the Update permission.
