Issue Summary

On the Forecast page, when trying to hide Empty Rows by enabling the toggle "Hide Empty Rows and Columns", it removes all the columns even if they are not empty.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Portfolio/Program
2. Select PI
3. Got to Forecast
4. Select Team Level 'Program' or 'Team'
5. Click on the 'Apply Filter' button
6. Enable the toggle "Hide Empty Rows and Columns"
7. Click on the button "Filter Forecast"

Expected Results

Empty Rows and Columns get hidden

Actual Results

All column entries are removed/hidden even if they are not empty.
