Filtering Custom Hierarchies Not Working in the Old UI

Issue Summary

With the new UI navigation configuration enabled, the old UI (that most users are still transitioning from) no longer supports filtering by Custom Hierarchy values.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In JA old UI, navigate to Programs > Features (Jira Epics)
2. Click on T1 Nav Bar > Advanced Configurations > "Reset All"
3. Set a Program in T1 > Apply
4. Back in T1, now select a CH value to filter on and click Apply

Expected Results

The Features grid only displays the Features corresponding to the filtering criteria.

Actual Results

The same number of records is displayed and when we navigate back to Programs > Features (Jira Epics), now the CH is displayed in the T1 NavBar however no records are displayed in the grid.

Please note the same behavior occurs on the backlog grid for Themes, Epics, Capabilities, Features (Jira Epics).

Workaround

Switch to the new UI and apply the CH filters will work as expected.
