Issue Summary

The new navigation does not allow to select multiple programs while viewing the Program Board. This is possible in the old UI.

Steps to Reproduce

• In the New Navigation, select a program from the Program dropdown
• Notice that we don't have an option to select another program from the dropdown

Expected Results

Able to view the program board for multiple programs in the New Navigation as possible from the old UI.

Actual Results

Able to choose only one program via the Program top navigation to view program boards.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
