UPDATE - Right-click is now available in the sidebar menu! The top navigation menu requires architectural work across the product, but we'll leave this ticket open to track that work.

Issue Summary

The menu options in the new navigation can no longer have new browser tabs opened by right clicking on them.  The ability to quickly open new tabs is something widely used in the old nav during planning meetings.  

The other options, such as "duplicate page", or manually opening other tabs and navigating/setting them up is a lot of extra work that wasn't needed before.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open up any page in the new navigation that has a left side bar
2. Right click on any of the page options in the left side bar

Expected Results

The right click popup would include "open in new tab" from the list of options

Actual Results

"Open in new tab" does not appear.
