Issue Summary

The top navigation bar menu items have an option at the bottom to view all.  View all portfolio teams, View all solution teams, etc.

These pages are missing the star icon and cannot be added to starred/favorites lists.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the new navigation, click on Portfolio and select the bottom option "View all portfolio teams"

Expected Results

The star icon would appear near the top to allow this page to be added to the favorites list

Actual Results

There is no way to add this page to the favorites list.  

This applies to each of the "View all" pages on each of the top navigation menu items.
