Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA.
2. Edit the Epic description in Jira and add some Non-English characters
   For Example: @, °C, °F °, ℃, Ω
   Chinese 中国⼈
   Omega
   Ω
   Degree
   °C
3. Sync the Jira with Jira Align.
4. Open the Feature in JA, Non-English characters should appear in the Feature description.
5. Go To Folios, Create a test Folio and Add the Epic under work items, then Save and Close.
6. Now Open the Saved folio and Download.
7. Downloaded Folio will have the garbage value instead of the input values in Jira.

Expected Results

The output PDF should contain the Non-English characters as per input.

Actual Results

The Export PDF contains garbage characters instead of non-English characters.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
