Issue Summary

With the JET version installed, when the user goes to the Manage Apps section on Jira, it is not possible to see Jet listed on the left side panel along with all the other installed apps.

This issue is seen in Jira Cloud version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a Jira, install "Jet by Jira Align" cloud version
   1. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221602/jet-by-jira-align?tab=reviews&hosting=cloud
2. Go to the "Manage Apps" page on Jira.
3. Check the Left side menu if the Jet link is present.

Expected Results

On the left side menu on "Manage Apps",  the link to Jet is available.

Actual Results

There is no link to access Jet on the "Manage Apps".

Workaround

After JET is installed, we can reach the JET page by going to Jira -> Project -> Project Settings -> JET
