"Move to Recycle Bin" button disappeared from Mass Delete view

Steps to Reproduce

Be sure to have Jira Align instance on 10.123.0.43 version

If you’re using the new navigation:

1. Select Teams in the top navigation bar and select the team you want to view stories for.
2. On the sidebar, select Stories in the list of options; the stories page displays.

If you’re using the old navigation:

1. Select Team from the left Nav menu.
2. Under the Manage section, select Stories; the stories page displays.

From Stories grid view:

1. Select Mass Move from the More Actions menu on the toolbar (top-right of the page).
2. On the Mass Move page, click the Mass Delete View button in the upper-right corner.
3. From the Object drop-down menu, select Story.
4. From the Program Increment and Program drop-down menus, select the PI and program to which the stories belong.
5. Select the check boxes of the stories you want to delete or click Check all to select all stories.

Expected Results

The button "Move to Recycle Bin" should be available in Mass Delete view

Actual Results

There is no button "Move to Recycle Bin" on 10.123.0.43 instances

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
