Issue Summary

When changing the Status of a Fixed Version to "Archived", this is not syncing to Jira Align.

If it is set in Jira, it will not change on JA.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Bi-Directional Sync for Fixed Versions is enabled in Jira Settings in Jira Align.
2. Create a Fix Version in Jira and let it sync between systems
3. Update the Status to Archived in Jira
4. Wait for it to sync and see how the state in JA doesn't update
5. Wait and see how it don't change on JA

Expected Results

When Fixed Version status is set to Archived in Jira, it updates the Release Vehicle State to Archived in Jira Align.

Actual Results

When Fixed Version status is set to Archived in Jira, it doesn't update the Release Vehicle State to Archived in Jira Align which makes the 2 systems out of sync.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
