Issue Summary

Program Increment Progress Report in the new UI does not show Consolidated Release Vehicles in the Release Vehicle filter/extra configuration.

In the old UI, the Release Vehicle filter option in Top Tier Filter, we can filter by Consolidated Release Vehicles. 

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to old UI > Program Increment Progress Report
• in Top Tier Filter add a Release Vehicle filter
• Select a Consolidated Release Vehicle, and you will be able to find the existing ones populating.
• Remove the filter and switch to the new UI
• In Program Increment Progress Report, select Extra Configuration
• Select Release Vehicle and search for a Consolidated Release Vehicle
• Notice that there are no results corresponding to consolidated release vehicle selection.

Expected Results

Program Increment Progress Report in the new UI shows Consolidated Release Vehicles in Release Roadmap extra configuration.

Actual Results

Program Increment Progress Report in the new UI does not show Consolidated Release Vehicles in extra configuration.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
