Issue Summary

Users experience long load times on the Forecast page and when expanding the list within a Release.

Steps to Reproduce

The long load time is not always observed as it may depend on various usage conditions

1. Open Forecast page
2. Expand a Release having a high number of associated work items.

Expected Results

No extended slowness to load pages

Actual Results

In certain conditions pages take a long time to load.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
