Issue Summary

Jira Product Mapping returns 500 error when value is greater than 50 characters

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Jira Product Mappings panel via Admin > Jira Settings > Jira Setup > Product custom field > Configure
2. Add a new entry where the Jira Product value is > 50 characters. For example:
   Test Product that is greater than 50 characters total
3. Click Update

Expected Results

Jira Product entry saves successfully

Actual Results

Jira Product entry fails to save and a generic 500 error is displayed

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
