Issue Summary

The user receives an error message 'Cannot Load navigation Bar' Error whenever clicking Recent Rooms from the JA Homepage.

Steps to Reproduce

1. With the OLD UI enabled,
2. Select multiple filters in T1 (Program, PIs, and RVs)
3. Note the Program Rooms are loaded correctly
4. Now Switch to the NEW UI
5. Try to access any Recent room from JA homepage

Expected Results

The Recent rooms are successfully loaded in the new JA UI.

Actual Results

The below error message is displayed.

Workaround

Select only program and PIs on T1 filters and the error message will not be displayed.
