Enterprise Insights: [Capability Attachment] not capturing attachments

Issue Summary

The view [Capability Attachment] is not capturing updates made to the Att. on Capabilities, so if a new Att. is added, or removed, it will not reflect on the view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Capability Grid
2. Open one Capability and add an Att.
3. Now wait for the refresh of Enterprise Insights
4. Run a Select on [Capability Attachment] and see how the new att. is not there

Expected Results

Adding/removing att. would reflect on the view [Capability Attachment]

Actual Results

Adding/removing att. is not reflect on the view [Capability Attachment]

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
