Issue Summary

Success Criteria updates PI when the previous PI is set to Done but no logging exists in the system to reflect this.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up a Success Criteria for an Epic spanning multiple PIs
2. Set the assigned PI to Done
3. The Success Criteria PI will update to the next PI in the list.
4. Check the audit log - no record of the change is recorded.

Expected Results

The Audit Log reflects the changed PI
or
Setting the PI to Done does not update the PI on the Success Criteria

Actual Results

The PI is updated on the Success Criteria
and
No record is made in the Audit Log to show why the change was made.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
