Capability Backlog issues disappear when editing and saving the slideout

      Issue Summary

      Capability Backlog items disappear when opening the slideout, editing a field, then saving changes and closing the slideout.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configuration of Portfolio + PI
      2. View Capabilities backlog
      3. Select a Capability to expand the slideout
      4. Make an edit to one of the fields such as Owner.
      5. Save then close
      6. The Capability disappears from the list
      7. Refresh the page to have the capability reappear.

      Expected Results

      Making edits to the work item should not have it disappear unless the change removes it from the filter.

      Actual Results

      The work item disappears but the count still shows the correct value. Refreshing the page returns the work item to view.

      Workaround

      Refreshing the page is the only workaround.
