Issue Summary

ProgramBoardItemView subrequests which are called by only the ProgramBoard encounter slow performance and therefore affect the overall performance of the ProgramBoard. In the case of performance improvement, the ProgramBoard page will also improve.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to ProgramBoard and the associated work item's slide-in pages. (Feature, Dependency, Objective/Milestones)
  ( Slow performance is not always observed it may depend on various conditions.)

Expected Results

No slowness/failures to load pages

Actual Results

In certain conditions, pages take a long time to load while making ProgramBoardItemView calls.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
