Issue Summary

When updating the JA UI the [Target Sprint]/[Completion Sprint], an entry on [Feature History] is not created for this change. An entry is only created if other changes are made to the Feature. Because this is not updated in the Jira Align database, the data is not populating in Enterprise Insights. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Feature on JA
2. Add it to a PI
3. Wait for this data to sync to EI
4. Now add a [Target Sprint]/[Completion Sprint] and save
5. Do a select [Feature History] and see how an entry was not created to this
6. Do a new update on the Feature in any field
7. Check the table once again and a new entry will be created with the Sprints

Expected Results

Changes to [Target Sprint]/[Completion Sprint] on a Feature would appear on [Feature History].

Actual Results

Changes to [Target Sprint]/[Completion Sprint] on a Feature don't appear on [Feature History] unless other changes are made.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
