Issue Summary

When we apply the multi-program filter in the epic backlog it doesn't change the epic estimate value in the last column.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the epic backlog and observe the total estimate value.
2. Click on Apply Filters and filter by multi-program.

Expected Results

The total estimate value changes based on the new filter along with the new filtered view. 

Actual Results

The view is changed based on the filter but the total estimate value does not change.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
