Issue Summary
The dependency grid may show incorrect data when multiple tabs are opened at the same time with different filters.
The buttons 'Your Request, 'To Do' and 'All' may display inconsistent data that may be coming from the filter configured in the current tab or from the filter configured last on another tab.
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a web browser tab (TAB A) and navigate to the Dependency view in Jira Align.
- Configuration Bar set to a Portfolio or a Program (e.g. Portfolio1 or Program1)
=> The Dependency view shows 2 Grids filter 'Your Requests' - Duplicate the tab to create TAB B (you can open a new tab and copy the URL of TAB A).
=> The Dependency view displays the data from Portfolio1 or Program1 - Select in the configuration Bar of Browser TAB B another Portfolio or a Program (e.g. Portfolio2 or Program2)
=> The Data changes - Select Browser TAB A
=> Everything looks as in the above step 2 - Click on the button 'All'
=> The Dependency view shows up with data from the Portfolio2 or Program2 - Selecting filter 'Your Requests' again
=> The Dependency view displays the data from Portfolio1 or Program1
Additionally.
- The configuration Bar shows as selected Portfolio1 or Program1, but when opening the drop-down, Portfolio2 or Program2 is selected
Example:
- Do not change anything and the close menu
- Change 'Columns shown'
=> No change is seen and the Dependency view displays the data from the Portfolio1 or Program1
Expected Results
The dependency grid/view displays incorrect information that matches the filter configured in the current tab the user is looking at.
Actual Results
The dependency grid/view displays incorrect information that does not match the filter configured in the current tab the user is looking at.
