Team Room: Impediment cards only display Story Impediments

Issue Summary

On the Team Room, the Impediment card is only displaying Story Impediments for Agile Teams, not showing the data for Team Impediments that are related to the Team + Sprint.
Kanban Teams are displaying both.

On v118 this was displaying both types of Impediment:

Now on v119, only the Story Type appears:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Story Impediment for a Story that is part of Team A and Sprint 1
2. Create a Team Impediment for Team A and Sprint 1
3. Now go to the Team Room and select the Program + PI that has the above data
4. Filter the Team Room for Team A and Sprint 1
5. See the card impediment.

Expected Results

All impediments related to the Team + Sprint would show.

Actual Results

Only Story Impediments are showing.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
